CANCELLATION:- Any cancellation upon confirmation will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation for personalized items (ie: pearls,crystals,cabochons,swarovski) will not be entertained and no refund will be extended.

WARRANTY:- Products are warranted against manufacturing defects and damages caused due to handling on the part of the seller. A replacement or refund may be sent to the buyer on a case to case basis.
